I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was lovely. The location was great, being close to the entertainment, arcades, and the illuminations. The hotel was also conveniently located opposite a tram stop, making transportation easy. The cleanliness of the bathroom was impressive, it was immaculately clean. the hotel had great facilities, including an onsite bar for a night cap after a night out. I was also able to park my car in an available bay for just £5.

Beautiful sea view from large room with bay windows. Comfortable double bed. Friendly staff and first-class food. Excellent nightly entertainment in the cabaret lounge. Must see singer and guitarist.

This hotel was a great find for a weekend getaway. the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for the accommodation. Second, the location was perfect, right on the seafront, with a tram stop nearby. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met.
One small improvement could be made in terms of the room amenities. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, it would have been nice to have a bigger TV and some tatty furniture replaced.

There was no water pressure and it was inconvenient.

The hotel had convenient parking options on the street beside the hotel, either free or for a nominal fee of £5 per night, providing ease for business travelers. The location was also great, being situated on the seafront and close to various restaurants. the rooms were clean and the breakfast served in a clean dining room was delicious.
The reception desk attendant was rude and unhelpful towards guests, as mentioned in one of the reviews.
